If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription for any reason, email us within 30 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
All new subscriptions -- both Monthly ($9.99) and Annual ($99.99) -- come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email info@jacquescagna.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line within 30 calendar days of your payment date, and we will process a full refund to your original payment method. We do not ask you to explain or justify your request.
Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are also eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the renewal billing date. If you intended to cancel before renewal and were charged, contact us promptly -- we handle these situations with full flexibility.
We process approved refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Products purchased from our Kitchen Store may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided:
To initiate a return, email info@jacquescagna.com with your order details and the reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return shipping instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion, including covering return shipping if required.
The following are not eligible for refunds: items that have been used, opened (for consumable goods), or are not in their original condition; items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear; and subscription charges older than 30 days (outside the guarantee window). We may decline refund requests that show a pattern of abuse of our guarantee policy.
