We offer two subscription plans: (a) Monthly Plan at $9.99 per month, and (b) Annual Plan at $99.99 per year. Prices are in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We will send a reminder email before each annual renewal.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at info@jacquescagna.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@jacquescagna.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless you are within your 30-day money-back window, in which case we will process a full refund. For our complete refund terms, see our Refund Policy.
Physical products purchased through our Kitchen Store are subject to the purchase price plus applicable shipping and taxes. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
All content on the Site -- including recipes, text, photographs, graphics, and software -- is the property of KITCHEN32, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own household cooking purposes. You may not: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission; share your account credentials with others; or circumvent any content protection measures.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Each party bears its own arbitration costs. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
